NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearlake City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, on January 28th 2010, at Clearlake City Hall, City Council chambers, 14050 Olympic Dr., Clearlake, CA to consider any and all protests pertaining to the following abatement of a public nuisance, Order to Show Cause:

1. Why the dilapidated abandoned, unsafe and hazardous dwelling structure and detached carport, as well as all outbuildings, trash and debris should not be removed as a public nuisance from property located at 13981 Morgan Ave., (APN 039-112-060). Property owner(s): Shandor and Cynthia Szentkuti

2. Why the dilapidated abandoned, unsafe and hazardous single wide mobile home dwelling structure, and attached carport, as well as all outbuildings, trash and debris should not be removed as a public nuisance from property located at 14961 Saroni Parkway, (APN 039-284-190). Property owner(s): John Rupert.
