NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the proposed PAPER SUBDIVISION MANAGEMENT PLAN.

The proposed text of the plan and staff report will be available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, ten (10) days before the hearing.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on TUESDAY, MARCH 17, 2015 at 9:15 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.

If you challenge the action of the Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, the public hearing.
