Middletown Luncheon Club hosts April 20 forum

MIDDLETOWN, Calif. – The Middletown Luncheon Club will host a forum for District 1 Board of Supervisors candidates on Wednesday, April 20.

The club's forum will run from noon to 1 p.m. at the Middletown Senior Center, 21256 Washington St.

Candidates Voris Brumfield, Moke Simon, Monica Rosenthal and Jim Ryan will be on hand to share their views.

Bring your questions; all questions will be written by the public and read by the facilitator of the forum.

Come early or stay late if you want to speak to the candidates individually.

A full meal of beef stroganoff, broccoli and pepper medley, and fruit salad will be served for only $5 by senior center volunteers.

Reservations are required for lunch; call the senior center at 707-987-3113 and give your name.

Standing room (no lunch service) spots also are available.

This program is expected to sell out, so get your reservation in early to avoid disappointment.
