NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Planning Commission will consider Ordinances Amending the Following Articles of Chapter 21 of the Ordinance Code of the County of Lake: (a) Article 59 Pertaining to Non-Conforming Uses, Buildings and Structures; and (b) Article 68 Definitions Pertaining to Emergency Shelters. 

The staff report will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse ten days prior to the hearing.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on September 22, 2016 at 10:30 a.m., at which time any interested persons may appear and be heard.

If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Clerk to the Board at, or prior to, the public hearing.
