NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to provide opportunity for public input on consideration of AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE 72 OF THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE, OUTDOOR CANNABIS CULTIVATION OVERLAY DISTRICT REGULATIONS, PATIENT AND QUALIFIED CAREGIVER DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS, MIXED LIGHT AND INDOOR CULTIVATION STANDARDS, NURSERY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.

The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on October 13, 2016 at 11:00 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.

The Planning Commission may forward recommendations to the Board of Supervisors at the close of this hearing.
