LAKEPORT, Calif. – This week the Lake County Board of Supervisors will discuss the continuation of several wildland fire-related proclamations.
The board will meet beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4, in the board chambers on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport.

In an item timed for 9:15 a.m., the board will consider continuing Lake County Health Officer Dr. Karen Tait's proclamation of a local health emergency.
In untimed items, the board also will consider continuing the proclamation of a declaration of a local emergency due to wildfire conditions, pertaining to the Rocky, Jerusalem and Valley fires, as well as the proclamation of declaration of a local emergency due to Clayton fire.
At 9:20 a.m., the board will consider a resolution to accept $25,000 from the Lake Area Rotary Club Association for the purchase of Nomex fire gear for deputy sheriffs.
LARCA has raised so far more than $850,000 for fire relief, according to association officials.

CONSENT AGENDA
7.1: Approve agreement between the county of Lake and Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Mendocino and Lake Counties, for FY 2016-17 support of services provided to Lake County residents, in the amount of $5,000, and authorize the chair to sign.
7.2: Adopt proclamation designating the week of Oct. 2 to 8, 2016, as National 4-H Week in Lake County.
7.3: Adopt proclamation designating the month of October 2016 as Domestic Violence Awareness Month in Lake County.
7.4: Adopt resolution for an order approving final parcel map and the signing of the final parcel parcel map (Dooley PM 14-03).
7.5: Approve the consent to common use agreement between the county of Lake and PG&E for the Mathews Road at Manning Creek Bridge Replacement Project; Federal Aid Project No. BRLO-5914 (072), and authorize the Public Works director to sign.
7.6: Approve the joint use agreement between the county of Lake and PG&E for the Mathews Road at Manning Creek Bridge Replacement Project; Federal Aid Project No. BRLO-5914 (072), and authorize the Public Works director to sign.
7.7: Authorize distribution of excess proceeds in the amount of $4,231.79 from Tax Defaulted Land Sale #152A held on May 12, 2012 (per R&T Code Section 4675).
7.8: (a) Approve Agreement between the county of Lake and Megabyte Systems Inc., for FY 2016-17 MPTS property tax system maintenance and Online Business Property Filing Licensing/Support, in the amount of $178,800.96, and authorize the chair to sign; and (b) approve web services addendum to the agreement between the county of Lake and Megabyte Systems Inc., for FY 2016-17 online tax bills and e-payment processing services, in the amount of $4,234.15, and authorize the chair to sign.
