KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – Kelseyville Pear Festival welcomes back singing cowboy Dave Stamey for the 20th anniversary kickoff event.

He will perform in the Wildhurst Tasting Room Courtyard on Friday, Sept. 28, starting at 5 p.m.
