NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Zoning Permit (ZP 19-43) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., December 4, 2019 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on December 11, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

Proposed Project: Pursuant to the County of Lake Zoning Ordinance section 27.3(v)6 approval of a zoning permit to allow a proposed drive-thru coffee kiosk to begin hours of operation at 6:00 am instead of 8:00 am.
