NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR MODIFICATION TO MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving a Minor Modification (MMU 12-02) to a previously approved Minor Use Permit (MUP 03-06) for William and Karen Noggle in accordance with Lake County Code to remove permit condition C.1 that requires the permit holder to apply an annual dust palliative on Old Long Valley Road fronting their property.
The property is located at 700 Old Long Valley Road, Clearlake Oaks, APN 006-012-55.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this Minor Modification with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., June 4, 2012.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on June 13, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
