AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARLAKE AMENDING ARTICLE 18 OF THE CLEARLAKE MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING ZONING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearlake City Council adopted Ordinance No. 171-2014 on August 28, 2014.  

The purpose of the Ordinance is to amend the municipal code to address mandated housing requirements. 

The Ordinance was passed and adopted by affirmative vote of Mayor Loustalot, Vice Mayor Fortino Dickson, and Council Members Overton, Spittler and Luiz.
