Charles Kluge: Grading permit for installation of a new vineyard

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION & GRADING PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving a GRADING PERMIT (GR 14-003) for the installation of a new vineyard on a 40-acre parcel, and will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 14–19. 

The project applicant is Charles Kluge. 

The project site is located at 1650 Bell Hill Road, Kelseyville, CA, APN 007-009-08. 

The proposed grading permit, mitigated negative declaration, and all documents referenced in the proposed mitigated negative declaration are available for review at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA. 

The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on October 21, 2014 and end on November 12, 2014.

The Community Development Director will approve this project with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., November 12, 2014. 

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on November 19, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Lake County Courthouse.
