LAKEPORT, Calif. – Guest missionaries to Central Asia, Tim and Eve Austin, with their family, will be speaking at Lakeport Christian Center on Sunday, Feb. 3, at 6 p.m.
As a family, the Austins have been serving in Central Asia since 1996, with a focus on church planting among the unreached.
After 15 years, they are currently preparing for a transition to more countries to work with missionaries and national teams throughout Muslim populated Central Eurasia.
Their focus will be leadership development, member care and training for new initiative of placing church planting teams among the least reached areas of the region.
They call some of these strategic places the “zero zones,” where there are zero churches, zero Christians and zero missionaries.
They also will be working with the national pastors and directors of training initiatives throughout Central Eurasia, both church-based and colleges/seminaries.
The public is invited to attend.
