Participants will learn Red Cross policy and the process for working with the media before, during, and after the interview. Students will also learn how to gather and organize information from a disaster relief operation and which messages are important to get out to the public.
Prior to taking any of the disaster courses, please be sure to complete the Online Orientation as well as Introduction to Disaster Services. Both courses can be found at: http://www.redcross.org/donate/volunteer/
