LLHS sports physicals Print

Sports physicals for Lower Lake High School students have been scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 5 at 5:30 p.m. in the Lower Lake High School gymnasium.


The cost for the physical is $15 per person. Checks can be made out to LLHS Athletics.


Students must have a sports physical and activities certificate on file before being allowed to practice or play in games of any sport.


You are encouraged to go to www.lowerlakesports.com to download a copy of the activities certificate prior to the night of the sports physicals.


You may also pick up an activities certificate from the LLHS front office.


Please bring your completed form on the night of physicals.
