A free first-time Home Buyers Seminar will be held on Sunday, March 25, from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. at the Clearlake oaks Community UM Church by Scotty MacNeil and Linda Dalton.
You will learn of banks which specialize in a new program that gives first-time buyers the opportunity to own their own home with as little as 0% down, and low interest rates (currently 6%!). If you have not owned a home in the past three years, you could also qualify for this program.
Linda recently put this program to the test and assisted a single young woman buy her first home, even though she did not have any established credit history! She had a good record of paying her bills and rent and was able to qualify for a $169,000 home with nothing down and payments under $1,000 per month.
