St. Helena Hospital Clearlake presents “Passport to a Healthy Heart and Beyond,” an American Heart Month event focusing on fun, inexpensive travel tips and heart disease prevention.
The seminar is February 24 at 6:30 p.m. at the Hidden Valley Lake Country Clubhouse, 18766 Lake Ridge Circle.
A representative of St. Helena Travel will explore options for five-star travel on a three-star budget, and John Jacobson, MD, cardiothoracic surgeon, will showcase the latest information on preventing and treating cardiovascular disease.
