The University of California Cooperative Extension Master Gardeners of Lake County and the Lake County 4-H Program proudly present their first GROW workshop, “Successful Vegetable Gardening for Beginners.”


The event is open to the public and will take place Saturday, May 9, starting at 3 p.m. at the Agricultural Center, 883 Lakeport Blvd., Lakeport.


There will be short presentations and hands-on demonstrations, along with activity tables for adults and children.

The event is free, however, a $5 donation is suggested to cover materials and handouts.
