The Lake County Blues Allstars, featuring Mike Wilhelm, Jim Williams and Jon Hopkins, along with Jimmy "The Lion" Leonidas, Neon and Stephan Holland, will perform from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Blue Wing Saloon in downtown Upper Lake.
