Hospice Services of Lake County and Orchard Park Assisted Living and Memory Care Community are teaming up this year to host a very special event, “Hope for the Holidays.”
During the holidays, feelings and emotions may be magnified especially for those who have experienced a loss. At times, this grief may feel overwhelming.
This special gathering will offer practical tips and suggestions for self care and ways to cope with stress during this season.
Hope for the Holidays will be held from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, at Orchard Park Assisted Living and Memory Care Community, 14789 Burns Valley Road, next to Redbud Library.
Refreshments will be served.
