In the second of a series of receptions for specific audiences and potential Soper-Reese Community Theater facility users, the Soper-Reese Committee will host a wine reception to honor the Lake County music community from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 11.
The reception was created to honor musicians in the Lake County Symphony, members of the Clear Lake Performing Arts (CLPA), and other groups, including the Mendo-Lake Chorus, Sweet Adelines and Earreverence, and to bring the public up to date on the theater construction and potential use.
Other Lake County Arts Council (LCAC) members who are music lovers are also invited to the event.
