Workshop teaches parents about Internet sex predators
The Region II Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement (SAFE) Task Force, in conjunction with the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, will be presenting the first in a series of Internet Predator Safety Informational Workshops on May 23.
The first workshop will be held at the Kelseyville High School Library.The program will begin at 6 p.m. and will be one and one-half hours in length.
Presenters for the program will be Northern California Computer Crimes Task Force Agent Craig Woodworth and Detective Mike Curran of the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, who is assigned to the SAFE Task Force.
All parents of junior high and high school age children are urged to attend this very important informative workshop.
