LAKEPORT, Calif. – The Soper-Reese Community Theater’s Classic Movie Series presents the movie musical “1776” on Tuesday, July 10. This film will be shown at the Soper-Reese Community Theatre, 275 St. Main St. in Lakeport, with a $5 suggested donation.
The doors open at 5:30 p.m. with the film starting at 6 p.m.
The movie “1776” is based on the 1969 stage musical about the events leading up to the beginning of the American Revolution, at the time of the Second Continental Congress. The cast includes William Daniels, Ken Howard, Blythe Danner, Howard Da Silva and John Cullum.
