Sutter Lakeside Wellness Center invites you to a Wellness Check for the New Year!
Staff from the center will be on hand to showcase programs and services offered. Dr. Diane Pege, medical director for Sutter Lakeside Hospital will answer the question, "What is Wellness and why is it important?". Learn about the benefits of hypnotherapy, massage, biofeedback and energy work. Complete a personal wellness assessment and talk to wellness coach. Leslie Lovejoy, RN, PhD will discuss the benefits of Wellness University, stress reduction, Lighten Up! weight management program, mediation and other classes currently being offered in the center. Our personal trainer will be in the newly expanded gym to discuss physical fitness for all ages and to demonstrate the proper use of equipment.
Refreshments will be served. Seating is limited. No admission. R.S.V.P to reserve your space at 263-2998.
