The Lakeport City Council will hold a special meeting to discuss adoption of Resolution No. 2307 (2007), authorizing the shopping center sale and authorizing Mayor Roy Parmentier to execute escrow documents.
As part of the meeting, the council also will approve assignment of Vista Point ground lease to Riveras and Donica LLC.
