The FightSport gym is a 3000 sqare foot fitness facility complete with free weights, weight training machines, cardiovascular equipment, spinning bikes, boxing bags and equipment, a regulation size fight cage/ring, & 1400 square feet of mat space. Workouts are based on the principle of 'functional fitness' so medicine balls, kettle bells, ropes, tires, sledge hammers, gymnastics rings and the like are incorporated into the FightSport fitness curriculum to round out and create a complete and unparraled, comprehensive program!
