CLEARLAKE, Calif. – Glory Days Flag Football League’s week five games were totally different types of competition.

For the fans of football who enjoy being able to watch a team coast to a victory, there was the first game last Saturday.

Upper Lake got control of the game early in the first quarter and ended with a shutout of Mobb Squad 53-0.

For those who prefer some continuous drama, the second game was won by the Aces 33-32 over Robinson Warriors.

There were multiple lead changes in the fourth quarter and ended with a last second chance to go into this season’s first overtime game. The fans really enjoyed both games.

Kelseyville had their second bye and will return next week to finish the season.

The league is still looking for help with the chain crew for the rest of the season. They can provide training and there will be some modest compensation involved.
