MIDDLETOWN, Calif. – A special training entitled “Experiencing Life Fully – Finding Peace, Joy and Spirituality in Today’s World” will be offered beginning Monday, Nov. 7, at Middletown Community Methodist Church.

The classes will begin at 7 p.m. in the church's social hall, 15851 Armstrong St.

The training recognizes that life places constant demands on our time, emotions and resources, leaving little time to find true peace and joy or to examine life’s real purpose and meaning.

Jeffrey Bailey will lead three six-week classes to show participants the path to peace, joy and spirituality.

Each class will change the way you approach life, significantly affect your family, work and relationships, and help you to experience peace and joy despite your current circumstances.

The ultimate goal is to develop a spirituality that will change your life forever.

Classes and all materials are offered at no charge and child care will be provided at each one-hour meeting.

The three six-week classes will provide beginning, intermediate and then advanced levels of instruction.
