KELSEYVILLE – The next meeting of the Sierra Club Lake Group, to be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 19, will focus on the green economy.

The discussion will encompass the nature of the "green economy," its funding sources, "green" businesses and jobs now existing in Lake County, and local or regional educational opportunities for people who want to get a "green job."

An expert panel including Supervisor Denise Rushing and "Dan the Solar Man" Felperin will address these subjects and more, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and bring additional perspectives to bear.

The meeting will be held at  Kelseyville High School, 5480 Main St., Room 203, and is free and open to the public as always.
