LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Hospice Services of Lake County is presenting a volunteer orientation on Wednesday, April 23, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

For those interested in becoming patient support or bereavement volunteers free training workshops will follow on two successive Saturdays, April 26 and May 3, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The training program provides the new volunteers with knowledge and skills for visiting patients in hospice care and offering bereavement support to loved ones.

Materials and luncheon will be provided during the Saturday trainings.
