MIDDLETOWN, Calif. – The Middletown Luncheon Club will host the annual “State of the Schools” address by Middletown Unified School District Superintendent Korby Olson on Wednesday, June 17.

The group will meet from noon to 1 p.m. at the Middletown Senior Center, 21256 Washington St.

Olson had faithfully delivered the address to the Middletown Luncheon Club every June.

The June 17 presentation will be the last for Olson as superintendent. He's officially retired with the end of the 2014-2015 school year.

Join the group to honor Olson's years of service to the community and to wish him well in his retirement.

Lunch will be served by the local Girl Scout troop. For only $5 per person, enjoy beef with broccoli, brown rice, and fluff salad. Reservations are required.
