UPPER LAKE, Calif. – On Wednesday, Sept. 26, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. the Upper Lake Senior Center will host the “Coffee and Conversation.”

The topic will be “Opportunities for grandparents.”

Guest speakers will be Delores Farrell, who organized a grandparent support group for grandparents raising grandchildren.

Monica Vanoven is the director of the Foster Grandparent Program that provides help for students in school.

There is a real joy to experience through being a grandparent.

Please come and join the lively presentations,ask questions and share your own grandparenting experiences. A luncheon will follow. Invite a friend and join them.
