LAKEPORT, Calif. – Beginning Sunday, Sept. 15, and continuing through Monday, Sept. 30, night time pavement rehabilitation will take place on Soda Bay Road.

The work area will take place from Manning Creek Bridge to Big Valley Road and at the intersection of Soda Bay, South Main Street and Highway 175, and Scotts Valley Road from the onramp to Highway 29 to Mountain View Road.

Working hours will be from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., Sunday night to Friday morning.

During construction hours it may be necessary to close off specific areas to vehicular traffic due to safety concerns.

These closures will include access to Soda Bay Road from the intersection of Highway 29 and Highway 175 (Lakeport) and the 11th Street off and on ramps to Highway 29.

During these closure periods, access to Lakeport from Highway 29 will be at Lakeport Boulevard, Parallel Drive or Park Way.

Minimum delays through the construction zones is expected. Access to businesses and residences will be maintained at all times.

The Lake County Department of Public Works thanks the community in advance for its patience and understanding. Please drive with caution in this area.
