Carl

HAZMAT ended last week, and we would like to congratulate those students who passed the HAZMAT test: Josh Borba, Brooke Robb, Josh Hays, Alex Huff, Chris McCarley, Faron Moran, Jamila Parker, Erik Reising, Jessica Rickert, Brooke Robb, Paul Silsby and Aaron Trammell.

Alex Huff, a student who participated in HAZMAT, said, “It was a really fun and fast-paced class. We all passed the test with flying colors. My favorite day was the training day with Willie Sapeta because it was the day we put on cool suits and gas masks. And as a reward, we got to go to Austin Park and have a picnic lunch.”

We would like to thank Willie for helping us get certified and Angie Siegel for all the time she put in to educate us.

We would also like to wish luck to those who took the CASHEE test on the March 17 and 18.

On Tuesday, March 24, Alan Siegel will be taking Chris Clark and Amy Reese to an award lunch for all their help in Rotary. We would like to congratulate these students for their hard work and dedication in

community service.

This week's Student of the Week was Aaron Trammell. He was awarded for his hard work and dedication. Thank you Carlé students.

Prom is coming sooner than you would think. Prom will be held on May 9, and the theme will be tropical/casino, so get your fancy flip-flops on and prepare to dance.

See you next week!

Amanda Tchamourian is a student at Carlé High School.
