CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The new year brings a new physician group to the St. Helena Hospital Clear Lake Emergency Department.

As of Jan. 1, emergency room services will be provided by Physician Access Medical Group (PAMG).

Kyle Stevens, D.O., is the medical director for the St. Helena Hospital Clear Lake Emergency Department and will be joined by an experienced team of approximately 12 physicians.

All the physicians are emergency room board certified through the American Board of Emergency Medicine.

PAMG is the same group that provides emergency room services at the St. Helena Hospital Napa Valley campus.

Utilizing the same group at both campuses will allow for enhanced continuity of care throughout the St. Helena Hospital region in Lake and Napa counties.

The new emergency room, with 12 state-of-the-art patient monitoring rooms including two trauma beds, will allow doctors and nurses to concentrate on patient care rather than improvising around cramped quarters, and will provide better access to critical technology and a more comforting, healing environment for patients.  In addition, there will be improved entrances and waiting room area.

With the new private rooms, enhanced technology and the brand new emergency department – to open later this year – St. Helena Hospital Clear Lake is committed to providing quality care and an improved patient experience for our Lake County residents.
