NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on the appeal AA 09-02, of Houser Holdings CA, LLC, on behalf of U Wanna Camp. The appellant is appealing a Notice of Violation issued September 3, 2009, in conjunction with Case #RC98, due to the long-term occupancy of RV spaces on a site with an expired use permit. The location of the alleged zoning violations is at 2699 Scotts Creek Road, Lakeport, APN 005-026-27. The staff report will be available for review in the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California ten (10) days before the hearing.
