NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 12-07 of Charles & Judy Hickey in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a six-foot high chain link fence on the front property line adjacent to Fairway Drive and the access road to Riviera Elementary School located at 5236 Bel Air East, Kelseyville, APNs 043-503-01 & 043-621-01.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., May 31, 2012 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.  

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on June 6, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
