NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving minor use permit MUP 12-14 for Robert Mount, 6575 Lower Ridge Road, Santa Rosa, CA in accordance with Lake County Code to allow construction of an over height accessory structure with a maximum height of twenty-six (26) feet located on property at 8267 Red Hills Road, Kelseyville, CA, APN 011-056-36.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M June 28, 2012.  

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 11, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
