NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 04-17 proposing a major use permit for a 6,500 square foot commercial building. The project applicant is Rick Kemp. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 04-37. The project is located at 2570 South Main Street, Lakeport and further described as APN 008-003-04. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
