Gary Martinez: Mitigated negative declaration and approval of a complex grading permit for brush clearing, road maintenance

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND PROPOSED GRADING PROJECT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a complex grading permit (GR11-016) for brush clearing on 19 acres and road maintenance based on Initial Study IS 11-14 for Gary Martinez.

The property is located at 17575 State Hwy 20, Clearlake Oaks, CA, APN 006-012-72. The proposed mitigated negative declaration and proposed permit conditions will be available for review and comment for a period starting April 6, 2013 and ending April 29, 2013 in the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.

The Community Development Director will consider issuing the permit on April 30, 2013. If you are aware of site conditions that may not be readily evident, please submit your comments in writing to the Lake County Community Development Department.
