NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-05 of Michael Jossel in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a six-foot high fence within the required front yard setback and a reduction of the covered parking requirements of the “RD” Residential Design zoning combining district for the conversion of a carport into a utility/storage room at 3184 Tamarack Way, Clearlake Oaks, APN 062-291-26.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., May 10, 2013 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.  

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on May 15, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
