Evan Gradek: Minor use permit for detached accessory structure

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-04 of Evan Gradek in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a collector’s permit that exceeds the height limit to construct a new 4,312 square foot, two story, thirty-two foot tall detached accessory structure located at 4495 Old Witter Springs Road, Witter Springs CA, APN 003-008-04.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., May 15, 2013 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.  

Should a timely request for a public hearing be filed, one will be held on May 22, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
