NOTICE IS HERBY FURTHUR GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 4:00 p.m., February 21, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on February 27, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd floor of the Courthouse, 255 N.
