Cache Creek Vineyards LLC: Minor use permit for small winery, events

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT AND MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit MUP 13-01 of Cache Creek Vineyards, LLC, in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a small winery, a 750 square foot tasting room with incidental retail sales, and up to 24 non-amplified promotional events and 36 non-amplified non-promotional events annually.  

The Zoning Administrator will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 13-01.  

The property is located at 250 New Long Valley Road, Clearlake Oaks, CA and further describes as APN 006-019-21.  

The proposed mitigated negative declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.  

The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on June 18, 2013 and end on July 17, 2013.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., July 17, 2013.  

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 24, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
