NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving a MINOR MODIFICATION (MMU 08-02) to an existing use permit (UP 94-16) for Seventh Day Adventist Church to allow relocation of an existing 35 student school to an existing dwelling on the site and convert said single-family dwelling to classrooms on property located at, 21640 South Highway 29, Middletown, CA and further described as APN 014-132-18. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR MODIFICATION to the existing USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., February 21, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on February 27, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
