NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR Use Permit MODIFICATION 14-02 to Minor Use Permit 13-24 of Alexander Shempliner in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a previously approved accessory structure to exceed the twenty-foot maximum height limit by two and one-half feet located at 10230 State Highway 175, Kelseyville CA, APN 115-009-26.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR MODIFICATION to a previously approved MINOR USE PERMIT if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., April 30, 2014 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.  

Should a timely request for a public hearing be filed, one will be held on May 7, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
