NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit MUP 07-52 based on Initial Study 07-74 in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow the replacement of a failing wood bridge with a new steel bridge. The project applicant is ERIK RUPPE. The property is located at 14051 Ettawa Springs Road, Middletown, CA 95461 and further described as APN 005-026-33. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., May 9, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on May 14, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
