The City of Lakeport Community Development Department has received an application for Architectural and Design Review for the proposed construction of a 547 SF automobile sales office and related site improvements; and an application for a Use Permit for the outdoor display and sale of pre-owned automobiles.

The subject property is located at 1277 Parallel Drive and 1305 Todd Road Ext. and is further described as APNs 005-043-24 and 005-043-01, respectively.
