The project applicant is Granite Construction Company. The Planning Commission will consider the previously approved Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study (IS 01-77). The project is located at 2100, 2200, 3000, 3840, 3850, 3870, 4000, 4060, 4120, 4180, 4220, 4300, 4330, 4500, 4680, 4700 State Highway 175, Lakeport and further described as APN 007-003-11, 49, 51-54, 69, 75, 76, 07-005-01, 10, 26-30. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on May 22, 2008, at 11:30 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.
