NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on the Eachus View Parcel Map (PM 08-04), proposing a subdivision of an 87-acre property into 3 residential lots, and a Rezone (RZ 08-02) of 8.7 acres from “A-SC-FF” Agriculture-Scenic-Floodway Fringe-Waterway to “RR-SC-FF-W-WW-B (frozen)” Rural Residential-Scenic-Floodway Fringe-Wetland-Waterway-Special Lot Size. The project applicant is Mark Mitchell. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 08-19. The project is located at 3565, 3585 and 3595 Hill Road, Lakeport; and further described as portions of APN 005-015-35, 005-017-75 & 77. The Proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration will be available for review twenty (20) days and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing at the Planning Division of the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California. The public hearing will be held before the Planning Commission in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on June 12, 2008 at 9:45a.m., at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
