NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider MINOR USE PERMIT MUP 07-06 and adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for the project based on INITIAL STUDY IS 07-11 to allow installation and operation of a minor Wireless Communication Facility consisting of a 60’ steel monopole with twelve (12) panel antennas, a four (4) foot microwave antenna and construction of an equipment shelter located at 11806 Konocti Dr., Clearlake Oaks, Lake County, California, and further described as APN 006-028-13. The project applicant is Edge Wireless.

NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 4:00 p.m., March 30, 2007.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on April 4, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
